This sequence was taken outside a bungalow in Mundesley on Halloween 2003 in the space of a minute, it was a clear night, no fog or mist developing. If it was condensation it would be uniform on the camera lens and not show foreground detail. There also appears to be faces and shapes in the mist not including the Halloween Ghost hung up outside the property.
