About Auras
In the temporary use of language there is the word "Aura" but the meaning can be quite different. For most people the aura is only the radiance of human beings but for scientists it is a concrete, existing energy field around living creatures. The aura is formed by subtle colour radiances which surround the body of a human being. These radiances can be perceived by psychics. Each colour signifies a certain vibration which has different meanings.
The aura which is connected with the activity of the chakras (Sanskrit: energy wheel) reflects the individual state of consciousness. So the colours of the aura give us information about the quality of consciousness, about emotions, thoughts, abilities and vital energies of a person.

The history of auras goes back far into the past. Natural tribes, the Christian mystics of the middle age, painters and artists of all ages showed the aura in a radiant, shining ray of lights around man, animal or plant. This information which can be perceived by sensitive and psychic people has been researched and proved scientifically in the last decades.
Modern scientists measure the aura as an electromagnetic field around living creatures.
Aura Photos
The first aura photo was made by the genius scientist Nikola Tesla in 1891.
The Soviet Union did research in several tests in the 60's. Until 1975 the aura was measured and photographed in universities with great precision worldwide. In the early seventies and eighties there were some 'garage' companies in the area which is now known as Silicon Valley and Apple Computer is the most famous of them. While others were involved with information technology and were developing products for the age of spacecrafts which we know well today.
One man looked into a different direction..... 
Guy Coggins was fascinated by Kirlian Photography and computer technology and brought his technical skills, his ability to see auras and his wish to make alternative consciousness available for everybody together and he developed the first aura camera. His second name is 'Aura' because he has such a close connection to this technique and it wouldn't be possible to think of aura photography without him. In the 3rd decade in which he is producing aura cameras, he works at his window to the soul and he improves his techniques even more.

The system also has the ability to show our chakra's and the energy pulsing around our physical body. A wonderful part of the system is the ability to allow a therapist or Medium to link into the system whilst the subject is watching their energy field, it also allows others to introduce their energy into the energy field of the subject and therefore have a influence on them i.e. add to their energy field , this is quite amazing to see as it shows how the energy of healers can help us , also it is interesting sometimes to introduce the energy of essential oils and crystals, this according to the person can have a amazing effect.
The Aura Camera consists of two hand sensors, which are connected through cables to the camera. Polaroid instant film is used within the camera. The camera is adjusted and aligned to the customer. The customer puts his or her left and right hand onto the hand sensors. The measured points of resonance are connected with certain organs and the electromagnetic field, and deliver information about the energetic and auric qualities of a human being.
These parameters are projected as a radiant, coloured aura field around
the body on a Polaroid or onto the computer screen or TV and within one minute we can present a real brilliant colour photo.
How our Energy System works.
The aura shows us many things that can be useful in the development of our spiritual path, it can also show health imbalances. Everyone's energy field works in exactly the same way, energy comes in from the universal energy field to feed our physical form, what we do with that energy when it reaches our field of energy makes us unique.
Energy comes into the field on the left hand side, the spleen, with the etheric body distributing it throughout the rest of the body. The right hand side of the aura shows how we are projecting the energy. The centre of the aura shows who we truly are, and the energy above us is what is available to us, our potential.
The energy in our energy field is taken into the body through seven main energy centres, (chakras) the energy centres work on all levels of our being to interpret our psychological and metabolic state. Because energy is vibration and has frequency we can change it and bring about harmony, to do this we can use crystals.
