Customer Experiences
The following are statements of customers experiences from the event (names have been removed).
"The tv kept turning itself off, the room was absolutely freezing all the time, even when the heating was on full. I think the lady that walks through the rooms was walking through the double bed in the room, she was coming through the door that was locked with the chair in front of it, every now and then there was a draft that came through the bed that only me and my cousin could feel. I forgot to mention that when we were in the stairwell in the castle and i was strangled, i had a bruise appear on my chest and then disappear about an hour later!!!"
"I live near Dudley and heard a lot of stories about both locations so had high expectations of the weekend - and was not disappointed! When we checked in to the Station Hotel and found our room, I had a sensation of sinking through the floor right outside our bedroom, which incidentally was not one of the famously haunted parts of the hotel. That was the first strange thing.
At Dudley Castle, we started by walking round the grounds in groups using EMF meters, dowsing rods and a thermometer. We connected to a spirit lady with the rods, who appeared in a photograph taken by another member of the group - we asked using the rods if it was her in the picture and she answered 'yes'. I started to have a strange feeling in my chest and we asked if she was affecting anyone in the group, and again were answered 'yes'. We asked her to point to the person she was affecting and they swung straight around to point at me! Other members of the group caught lots of pictures of orbs and a few of mists including the lady's face. My companion's camera failed however every time we thought there was a presence and tried to capture it! We had good positive results from the EMF meter and lots of temperature fluctuations of up to 12 degrees.
Then we conducted a number of seances in the grounds of Dudley Castle. With the planchette we connected with a spirit girl of 18 who we determined ith a number of questions, was called Lizzy. She took a shine to a male member of the group, and pinched his bum! She proceeded to follow us round all night and came up in every subsequent seance. We connected with children when we used the glass, and asked the little girl to draw a circle, square and triangle with the glass, which she did. The table tipping was interesting. The group before us had no success, the table didn't budge. But almost as soon as we opened the circle the table started to move quite violently round in a circle - Lizzy was back! At each seance we asked who she was there for, and each time the table, glass or whatever, moved towards her favourite man. It was quite funny, but not sure he saw it that way!
A great night was had by all. But that was just the first night! The following night we conducted an investigation at the Station Hotel. Here we connected with the passed loved ones of several members of the group, answering questions that the group wouldn't know the answers to and even joking around with us. One spirit gentleman made taps and sounds for us as well as giving us messages through the glass. In the cellar we connected with George, the famous spirit of the murderer, using the planchette. During the seance I saw the shadow of a man move down one wall, and saw a strange blue light right in front of my eyes. He also tickled my hand, which was an experience shared with other members of the group and actually lifted the planchette off the table at one point! It was very eery.
During the scrying and mirrors exercise, my friend saw George's image in the mirror... spooky! I was too scared to look in the mirror myself after that! But I did connect with my paternal grandparents using the pendulum and got some good messages from them."

The first picture below is of a mist at Dudley Castle taken by Bradley Kemp. It clearly shows a face suspended in mist of which appeared on a clear night sky.
