Town House
Date: 22/06/2007 Time: 11pm - 2.30am
Events of noticeable interest or impact: None
Room 19/Vigil:
Groups B & C reported changes in temperature in the range of 2-5 degrees C on the laser thermometers. Much orb activity was reported by all groups. A member of group E had to leave room due to headache.
Room 17/Scrying:
Group D got face of old man in scrying mirror. A member of group E got a relative called Kevin through on the pendulums. Group C made contact through the pendulums with a 10-15 yr old female who stated that her father worked at hotel. She said she didn't die there and was alive when it was a hotel.
Conservetory/Glass Moving:
Group B reported they got contact with a young man called Shaun who was on a motorbike, a young girl who worked at hotel, a big man associated with hotel and a child with curly blonde hair who had a beach ball. Group C made contact with 2 spirits linked to two of the groups members. Group E made contact with an ex-teacher of one of the groups members, who told them that a task needed doing and should not be left. Also to keep an eye out for a blue car. Group D reported that when Mr Reggie Kray was mentioned the glass shot off the table, ending with the staff member doing some glass juggling lol.
Room 2 corridor/Scientific & Sensing:
Group C reported a fluctuation in temperature of 58 - 71 degrees F. Groups B & C reported constant EMF readings, sometimes without activating equipment. Possibility of under floor cables, but this should not affect whole area. All groups reported orb activity. All groups reported high activity via use of dowsing rods and pendulums. Groups C, D & E all made contact with a little girl called Sarah, who had blonde hair and fair skin. Aged 2-3 who was happy to be playing there and liked swans & animals. A general feeling of the 18th century was gained by the groups.
Bar/Table Tipping:
Group C reported a temperature fluctuation of 10 - 15 degrees F. The table seemed to build up energy as the night progressed with group D reporting no movement, but could feel energy and one member had their hair tugged twice. Group C later on experienced much movement of the table, especially when ouija boards and Reggie Kray were mentioned. Cold spots and breezes were picked up by various members of the group. Group E experienced rapid and erratic movement of the table as if a child was playing with it. The group ascertained that it was a child called Sarah aged about 8 who drowned. Her parents owned a fleet of boats nearby. One of the members of the group stated that she could sense the child spirit standing beside her laughing.
Room 4/Planchette:
Group A reported temperature fluctuations of 61 - 74 degrees F and group E reported fluctuations of 60 - 85 degrees F. Group A reported high EMF readings. Group A reported seeing red lights in room. Groups C, D & E reported planchette movement. Group D got through a family member called George and specific family information. Group E apparently got an anniversary message through for one of the members from a William.
Old Church

Toilets:
One group reported a 3 degree C drop in temperature. Wild EMF readings reported. A small child was picked up on dowsing rods who apparently visited the church. One member sensed there were bodies under the floor. One member was touched. Group E reported picking up on an 80 yr old noble man with dark eyes who looked sad with pursed lips.
Entrance:
Group A reported rod activity. A spirit of a man who doesn't live there was picked up. Group E members reported feeling fuzzy headed and a pain in the left side of the body.
Priesthole:
One group reported temperature fluctuations of 17 - 25 degrees C. Group D reported a temperature drop from 22.8 down to 15.8 degrees C despite a lot of people being in a small room. Several groups reported the EMF meter went wild in one certain spot of room, a thorough check revealed no electrical devices or wiring anywhere near. Many groups reported dowsing rods moving irratically and many complained of feeling hot despite the temperature changes. Group D reported hearing wheezing and knocking. One group member felt as though they had been punched in the stomach. Another member heard chanting. Group D got contact through rods, reported that a 12 yr old girl with short dark hair was buried here, died due to breathing problems. Another group sensed that paperwork had been signed here.
Octagon:
Group C reported a temperature drop of 8 degrees C. Another group reported a temperature fluctuation of 20 - 26 degrees C. Group A reported rods picked up spirit energy. Group C reported picking up on a male spirit who felt hot and used to work here, maybe Charles. Group D felt as though they were being watched and one member complained of backache. Some movement was obtained from a glass moving session outside this room in the corridor.
Graveyard:
Not investigated due to weather conditions.
Theatre:
Group D reported a temperature fluctuation of 20.8 - 18 degrees C. Many groups felt they were being watched and one group was sure they had seen 2 people sitting in the back row of theatre. Many groups picked up orbs. Two groups picked up on a monk possibly called Alister or Oliver who died in the 19th century and stood at top of stairwell. Many heard tapping noises. Flashes of light were seen. One member felt face and head being touched. Another member had her identity badge untied.
Stage & Backstage area:
Groups reported temperature fluctuations in the range 64 - 73 degrees F. One group picked up a 6 yr old girl and a boy aged 4. Brother and sister. Possibly Annie & Billy. Parents worked here. Group C picked up a member of the clergy from the reign of James 1st. Group D picked up a male spirit of 45 - 50 yrs old who worked here and was cared for by brother Alister. Name Phillipe, taken to France to die when he got sick (breathing related). Many groups reported hearing taps on metal, seeing orbs and had a sense of being watched. One group reported feeling a swaying motion. Group D reported a crystal broke off a chain and that the stage door opened by itself.
Three sessions of planchette were done on the stage area after the main investigation. A spirit called George came through who was very active. Three times the team quietly thought of a word and asked if any member of the theatre could pick it up. Each time before anyone had a chance to answer, the word was correctly spelt, neatly on the paper via the planchette. The planchette got so active at one point the paper ripped. Many smells, cold spots and pressences were felt during these sessions. It was felt prudent to do a clearing after the sessions.
Summary:
We are very grateful that many people recorded much information under very active conditions to enable us to produce a wonderful report. Although the Townhouse did not bring forth Reggie Kray, much activity was gained, which mostly seemed to centre around child spirits. The Old Church seemed to have a lot of fairly quiet areas, with the main epicenter being the stage area and many groups reported the same findings. This place certainly affected the members in many ways.
